Litem (GAL) Services
BridgePoint Family Services provides independent Guardian ad Litem services focused on protecting the best interests of children involved in family court matters. Through careful investigation, interviews, record review, and collaboration with families and professionals, we provide the court with thoughtful, objective recommendations while ensuring each child’s needs, safety, and voice remain at the center of the case.
Educational Advocacy
Navigating special education services can feel overwhelming. BridgePoint Family Services helps families understand their child’s educational rights and confidently navigate the special education process. We provide support with IEPs, 504 Plans, school meetings, evaluations, accommodations, and communication with school teams — helping families advocate for the services and support their child needs to succeed.

A GAL is a court-appointed advocate for children in legal proceedings. I represent the child's best interests and provide the court with independent recommendations.
I handle a variety of family law cases including custody disputes, guardianship, child in need of services (CHINS), and other court matters affecting children.
Payment is typically made through the court, but in some cases, parties may be responsible. Fees and payment details will be provided upfront.
It depends on the case. Some appointments are short-term, while others may last several months.
